The location is awesome. Just a few blocks from Plaza Espana and convenient U-bahn stations. There are lots of little restaurants nearby too. Nearby Grand Via is lively and interesting, and you can rent bikes to ride along the wide boulevard's bike lanes, separated from traffic.
We had a great stay. The place welches spacious enough to fit our group of 6 people. The location is convenient because it is right behind the Abreeza Mall. The host was also eingabeaufforderung hinein attending to ur inquiries. We definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

The bed is very comfortable, shower water sufficient, even the towels smell good and comfortable. A bottle of red wine and juice were provided as well. The location is great, close to Sagrada Familia so we visited there several mornings, also close to U-bahn which lead you to basically anywhere, close to bus stops so you can take the bus to plaza catalan to take the airport bus. I highly recommend this place.
I an dem beyond thrilled with our hosts. I could not expect better treatment had we stayed with a family member. Both he and his wife were so nice and accommodating. The area is quiet, but very close to the main road. Convenience store and restaurants open 24/7 close by.
Virmel's condo is magnificent! A beautiful studio condo with all the amenities you'll need for the most part. The only slight issue I had was the pocket wifi.
The space is really at the center of the city. The apartment is situated rein an inner road which makes the place quiet and peaceful. Davao is a very peaceful place and so taking walks even at night discover more is not a Harte nuss. You will surely love the place!

The room was really cosy and looked exactly as described. The location of the apartment welches really convenient with 2 train stations within walking distance. The room and toilets were pretty clean. There were cereal, milk and bread available everyday if you wish to have breakfast at home.

Staying at Ryan's place made my quick and short stay in Davao awesome. The place welches just across the street full report from Abreeza Mall so it welches really convenient for me to go get something to eat or go shop for stuff that I need or buy souvenirs. But one of the things that I really enjoyed was just staying at the unit and watched Netflix on the big curved smart TV.
